With over 24 years steering IT projects through turbulent digital seas, Kristina Meskauskaite founded Oceanside Analytics in Perth's Northern Suburbs to guide small and medium businesses to calmer waters.
A passionate hobbyist in paddling and downwinding, she took a summer off to chase ocean swells—where she once earned a bronze at the 2019 ICF Ocean Racing World Championships—until a dislocated shoulder turned life's lemons into opportunity.
While recovering, Kristina channeled her love for problem-solving and new technologies into a prototype for affordable digital tools, birthing Oceanside's vision.
Just as she finds joy riding coastal waves, she crafts accessible solutions—from website analytics to AI-driven process automation—to uncover challenges and chart future-proof paths.
